Modi does not believe in communal harmony: Tewari

Even as Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi skipped the National Integration Council meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Monday, IB Minister, Manish Tewari hit out at Modi saying the BJP's PM Candidate did not believe in communal harmony.
