More troubles came in for the tsunami ravaged Japan, as snow and rain on Wednesday made the rescue work difficult in Sendai in the northeastern part of the country. With snow starting to fall and temperatures dropping, rescue workers are racing against the clock to find possible survivors in time. The meteorology agency said temperatures could drop as low as -2 degrees Celsius in the region. The weather in the region has deteriorated, making the conditions for those still trapped even more difficult.
