Naqvi talks about party’s election programme in Guj & HP

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi spoke about the party's poll programmes of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. Both states are going to polls this winter with elections scheduled to be held in two phases in Gujarat.
