Nation needs Sardar Patel’s secularism: Modi

During the foundation laying ceremony of the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel statue in Kevadia, Gujarat chief minister and BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi on Thursday hailed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for saying that Sardar Patel was truly secular. He said that the country needs Sardar Patel's model of secularism and not vote-bank secularism.
