NCTC in present form unacceptable: Patnaik

Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik expressed his reservations with setting up of an anti-militancy unit, the National Counter Terrorist Centre (NCTC). Patnaik said that the anti militancy unit in its present is detrimental to the federal structure of the country.
