NIA, NSA team probing Patna serial blasts: Shinde

Responding on the serial blasts in Patna at Gandhi Maidan, during the BJP's Hunkar rally, home minister Sushilkumar Shinde stated that he is in constant touch with Bihar CM and the administration of the state. The home minister further added that he has sent a team of National Investigation Agency and National Security Guard to carry out proper investigation.
