Nitish Kumars mega Adhikar rally begins

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar's 'Adhikar' rally to put pressure on the Centre to give the state a special economic status has begun in Patna on Sunday. The rally, which has witnessed huge attendance, will take place at Patna's Gandhi Maidan.
