No 'substantive discussions' will be held with Pak PM: India

India wouldn't hold diplomatic talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, who will arrive on March 09 for a pilgrimage to Ajmer Sharif. Ashraf is scheduled to visit Ajmer to offer prayers at the shrine of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti with the members of his extended family.
