Omar takes on Centre for double standards

Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Monday lashed out at the Congress-led central government over the arrest of alleged Hizbul Mujahideen militant Sayed Liyaqat Shah. Abdullah, accused it of setting different yardstick for Jammu and Kashmir. Omar also used another strong speech in the State Assembly to reiterate his demand of revoking the Armed Forces Special Powers Act from the Valley.
