Pak govt exists on paper, no point in talks: SP

Commenting on the continuous infiltration bids and ceasefire violations by Pakistan, Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal said everybody knows that Pakistan government just exists on paper and they are controlled by ISI, terrorist and the army, so there's no point in talking to them.
