PAK needs to fulfill its promise: Pranab

Spelling out the agenda of the new government, Pranab Mukherjee said that India would resume dialogue with Pakistan only after Islamabad fulfils commitments made to New Delhi. The last year attacks on India's financial hub renewed tensions between India and Pakistan, with New Delhi saying state agencies were involved in the attacks.
