Pakistan imposes a ban on baloch news websites

Not a single day passes without enforced disappearances, abductions, arrests, torture of Baloch people in the military and Frontier Corps' camps. In recent years, many Baloch journalists have started online newspapers and websites to inform the world about what is happening in Balochistan. On November 8, 2010 the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) decided to block a year-old “Baloch Hal”, Balochistan's first online English newspaper.
