Passing food bill not Opposition's responsibility: BJP

After the Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi sent a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asking to call an all-CM meet to discuss the food security bill, BJP vice president Vinay Katiyar on Tuesday said that passing the food security bill is not the responsibility of the Opposition party.
