People in Madhya Pradesh face severe water crisis

People of Dabara city of central Madhya Pradesh are facing severe water crisis even as the municipal officials, acknowledging the problem, say steps have been taken to supply potable water. According to the residents of Dabra, the taps in the city receive water supply on every alternative day and due to the low ground water level hand pumps also have become defunct. The growing population in the region has added to the woes of the people.
