Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Friday met Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who arrived in the capital on Thursday to participate in the closing ceremony of the 19th Commonwealth Games. Singh and Rajapaksa discussed strategic bilateral issues of mutual concern. A fleet of delegates accompanies Rajapaksa, who will also meet ministers of the Indian cabinet.
