Pokhran II was a complete success: Kalam

APJ Abdul Kalam, former Indian President and chief architect of Indian defence system on Friday rejected senior defence scientist K Santhanam's claims that the Pokhran II nuclear tests held in the month of May 1998 were only partially successful. Anil Kakodkar, eminent Indian nuclear scientist, also shared Kalam's view.
