Political parties on Anna’s fast

The BJP today questioned government's intention over the Lokpal) bill in wake of one-day fast by veteran social activist Anna Hazare in New Delhi. The BJP spokesperson, Balbir Punj, said the government was not interested in passage of a strong and effective Lokpal Bill. Meanwhile Congress spokesperson, Rashid Alvi, reiterated the government's commitment for the bill.
