Power restored by Kejriwal, now who pays the bill?

Days after India Against Corruption (IAC) activist Arvind Kejriwal restored the electricity connection of a labourer, Bana Ram, which was snapped by authorities for non-payment of dues, the inflated bill of Ram has been deposited by an unknown person.
