Pranab Mukherjee assures complete aid to West Bengal

India's Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee says that whatever aid needed by the cyclone hit West Bengal will be provided by the central government as per the norms of National Calamity Relief Fund. He asserted this while speaking to media persons at Kolkata in on Thursday.
