Pranab Mukherjee campaigns in his constituency

As campaigning picks momentum for the national polls beginning next month, senior leader of ruling Congress party and Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Friday, campaigned in Jangipur, his parliamentary constituency. The Congress party, which heads the national coalition, hopes to do well after striking an alliance with the regional Trinamool Congress in West Bengal. Mukherjee said that the talks for seat sharing with Trinamool Congress were in progress.
