Pranab Mukherjee to resign as FM today

Senior Congress leader and finance minister Pranab Mukherjee is all set to resign from his position Tuesday. Pranab, who has been nominated by the Congress - led United Progressive Alliance for the position of president is expected to file his nomination papers for the presidential poll subsequently.
