Prime Minister and defence minister are not effective: SP

Taking a dig at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and union defence minister AK Antony, the Samajwadi Party said that there are many irregularities but the PM failed to keep a check on it. SP leader Mohan Singh has expressed concerns about the same hinting at the fact that the PM and the defence preparations in the country are not really effective ones.
