Prithviraj Chavan govt is incompetent: Raj Thackeray

In an attack on the Maharashtra government for allegedly not providing relief to people in drought-hit areas, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray said the Prithviraj Chavan government is incompetent.
