Promises by Pak must be based on action: Antony

Defence minister AK Antony on Friday talked tough, and said that promises made by Pakistan must be translated into sincere action. The defence minister had earlier rejected Pakistan's claims that Indian troops had beheaded several of its soldiers in the past, and dubbed the allegations as 'totally baseless'.
