Protest a joint conspiracy of Congress and AAP: BJP

Reacting to the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal led protest demanding suspension of Delhi Police personnel, BJP's Prakash Javadekar on Tuesday said that that the protest was a planned conspiracy of the Congress and the AAP.
