Railway Budget reformist, forward looking: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday stated that the railway budget presented by railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal is a reformist and forward looking budget presenting a realistic picture of railway finances. Singh also lauded Bansal for a commendable job in meeting competing demands of improving and increasing services for commuters and controlling expenditure of his department.
