Rape cases: Jayalalithaa sets up fast track courts in TN

Supporting the anti-rape protests across the nation, Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday said that her government would request the central government to make necessary changes in the law to provide death penalty and chemical castration to those involved in crimes like rape.
