S-Band 'fiasco' a media creation: former ISRO chief

Asserting the government was aware of all affairs pertaining to ISRO, the veteran space scientist deemed the 'fiasco' a 'media creation.' Recently, certain reports exposing irregularities in the allocation of S-Band spectrum by ISRO triggered a massive political storm across the nation.
