Sheila Dikshit 'chief' of electricity corporations: Kejriwal

Social activist and anti graft crusader, Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday dared Delhi chief minister, Sheila Dikshit as he restored electricity connection of a daily wager who had failed to pay his inflated dues, saying that Dikshit was the chief of electricity corporations. While addressing a huge gathering, Kejriwal urged people to avoid paying electricity and water bills.
