Sheila Dikshit seeks neighbouring states' help for NCR progress

The development of Delhi and the National Capital Region should be a priority for the governments of the two neighbouring states - Haryana and Uttar Pradesh as well as the adjoining states such as Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Delhi Chief Sheila Dikshit said this during a meeting of her counterparts and senior officials of the respective governments in New Delhi.
