Shinde launches CCTNS for efficient, transparent policing

Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Friday launched its pilot prject the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS). It is aimed at creating an efficient, transparent and integrated system for enhancing the effectiveness of policing.
