Sitarganj by poll: Vijay Bahuguna takes charge

Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna on Wednesday won the Sitarganj Assembly seat by defeating his nearest BJP rival Prakash Pant by a margin of nearly 39,954 votes to retain the top position.
