Steep fall of rupee a temporary phase: Congress

Minister of state in the PMO, V Narayansamy on Wednesday stated that the steep fall of rupee will not continue for a long time and is a temporary phase. He also added that due to the current situation, imports are increasing and exports are decreasing.
