Submarine explosion greatest tragedy of recent times: Antony

Describing the fire after an explosion on board a conventionally powered Indian navy submarine INS Sindhurakshak berthed at Mumbai as the greatest tragedy of recent times defence minister AK Antony on Wednesday said that he has briefed the PM about the tragedy and he is going to Mumbai to visit the accident site.
