Suspected Maoist arrested in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh police and CRPF personnel arrested a suspected Maoist from the Sambalpur jungles in Kanker region at Bijapur District of Chhattisgarh on Saturday. The arrested Maoist has been identified as Mani Ram.Circle Inspector Ram Avtar Dhruv of Bairamgarh Police Station said that Mani Ram was involved in many criminal activities like kidnapping, murder among others.
