Tamils will return home from camps: Sri Lanka

Visiting Sri Lankan delegation to India on Wednesday assured New Delhi that Colombo would ensure safe return of Tamils to their homes from the camps. Basil Rajapaksa, special envoy to Sri Lankan President, who is leading a high-level delegation, in New Delhi described his meeting with Indian Foreign Minister S M Krishna as positive.
