Tea seller cannot become PM: Naresh Agarwal on Modi

Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal has sparked fresh controversy by taking a dig at BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi saying that a person who used to sell tea can never be nationalist in his views, and cannot be a PM.
