Tharoor happy to receive support from Kerala constituency

Former minister of state for external affairs Shashi Tharoor, who quit his position in the wake of IPL controversy, said that he feels powerful after receiving the support of people from his constituency that is Kerala. He also said that during his 30 years as a UN official, he was never blamed for any kind of corruption.
