Tharoor ridicules Modi, says he too never dreamt of being PM

Union minister, Shashi Tharoor on Saturday ridiculed Narendra Modi on his recent statement that he would rather opt for serving people of Gujarat for next four years rather than dreaming to be country's next prime minister. Tharoor was in Indore to attend a function organised at IIT.
