There is complete lawlessness in UP: BJP on rape incidents

Commenting over the recent rape incidents that have come to light in Uttar Pradesh, BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar on Friday said that the day the Samajwadi Party took over in UP, gundaraj has returned in the state.
