TMC-Cong workers clash in Kolkata, 1 cop dies

A police sub inspector died and four students were injured on Tuesday after clashes broke out between Congress and Trinamool Congress workers over filing of nomination papers for elections in a college in Kolkata. According to reports, the clashes took place inside the Harimohan Ghose College, where several rounds of bullets were fired by some unknown miscreants, despite heavy police presence.
