UNSC to blacklist Mumbai attack planner

Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahamed on Tuesday urged the United Nations Security Council to help punish anyone responsible for the deadly attacks in Mumbai by adding them to a UN terrorism blacklist. Ahamed also said that he wanted the group to be added to the list of individuals and groups facing travel bans and asserted freezes under Security Council resolution 1267.
