UP's 'short-sighted politics' prevents development: Rahul

Talking to reporters in Agartala, Rahul Gandhi, general secretary of Congress party said that the Uttar Pradesh lagged behind in development because of myopic political vision. Gandhi added that more space should be made in his party's youth organisations for youngsters belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes who sit at the bottom of India's age-old caste system.
