Uttarakhand Flash Floods: 10 Dead, 53 Missing

In the flash floods triggered by a cloudburst near Uttarkashi, in Uttarakhand, ten people have died and 53 are missing. Water level of Bhagirathi and Ganga rivers is also on the rise. The Uttarakhand government has issued red alert in areas along the river Ganga.
