Victims of Mantralaya fire relate their horror stories

The fire at the Mantralaya building that also houses the state secretariat in Mumbai has been finally brought under control. Fire fighters worked hard throughout the night to douse the raging flames. Unfortunately, three people lost their lives and several other are still missing.
