Virbhadra Singh on Mandi bypoll results

Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh on Sunday spoke about Mandi bypoll results and said that Congress candidate Pratibha Singh is leading with 1,10,436 votes over her nearest BJP rival Jai Ram Thakur.
