In a horrifying incident, a Delhi-based journalist found live worms in her Subway chicken roast salad on Thursday night. She found the live worm crawling up the fork and decided to confront the manager at the outlet opposite to the Malayala Manorama office in Panampilly Nagar in Kochi. According to Sati, when they showed the worm to the Subway employees, the manager was very prompt and also compensated them for their meals. However, when HT contacted the Subway office in Delhi, a spokesperson said: "We are right now trying to ascertain the veracity of the said video as, till this moment, no complaint has officially been received by us in this regard."
