Youth goes bald on SDM's order

In a shocking episode and an equally surprising decision, the sub district magistrate of Kaushambi district ordered a youth to shave off this hair. The entire issue emerged when a youth named Ramprakash, booked under Section 151 over a dispute with his wife was presented at court and the SDM took a disliking over the youth's long hair.
