Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has said PM Narendra Modi is “coming here next week,” calling India–Israel ties a “tremendous alliance” and adding that “in India, Israel is enormously popular,” remarks that have gone viral ahead of Modi’s expected Israel visit. Multiple reports citing sources say Modi’s trip is likely on Feb 27–28, which would be his first Israel visit in his third term and nearly nine years after his 2017 visit.
