Congress leader Digvijaya Singh slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi citing a study published by Pew Research Center. Singh said Hindus and Muslims will have the same fertility rate by 2028. Singh said there is no threat to the Hindu and Muslim population in India.
